Hi all! I just switched to a new plan owing to some problems with soy on my previous plan. So.... not really sure what to expect, but I am going to say 10lbs.

4/1 - 151.1 4/2 - 150.4 4/3 - 150.8 4/4 - 152.0 TOM started 4/7 - 152.3 Still TOM and was a bad girl on Friday night....drinking plenty of water to flush it out! 4/8 - 151.3 4/9 - 152.3 Ugh! Okay, having lots of female problems and my doctor put me back on the pill last week at the start of my TOM to try and regulate some of the crap that is going on. I'm 46 and hubby had the old snip-snip, so don't need the pill for anything else. Don't know if that is playing a role in this little weight gain, or not...but not making me happy. Going to try my best to get a good walk or workout in tonight. GW - 146 Hope all of you are having a great day/night! |

3/31: 139.0 4/5: 138.2 4/6: 138.4 4/7: 139.4 4/8: 138.2 4/9: 137.8 My scale is getting wonky. It gave me a nice new low, but I always weigh twice. The second time it gave me a huge jump up, so I weighed myself several times and there were some really divergent readings. Yesterday was a down day; I "feel" skinnier (know what I mean, when you can just tell you've lost?) I weighed myself on my old scale and it said 135.5. April 1 - 159.2 April 2 - 156.9 - not sure what happened here, but it's a long way to the end of the month, I'll give it a week and then maybe change my goal April 3 - 155.7 April 4 - 155.5 - weekly WI April 5 - 160.0 gah, pizza, no exercise, weekends... April 6 - 159.7 wings, water and exercise, better April 7 - 156.4 - juice/ roasted veggies, water, lots of exercise April 8 - 156.2 - keep going... April 9 - 154.8 April 10 - 157.6 - guess I can't take a day off...has to be water... April 30 - goal -2 lbs. Best to all :sunny: |

Going to try again today at lunch. kelijpa - Thank you for the kind words. I hope it's the pill and my body will start compensating for it. It sure is discouraging, though.
