Gw - 146 Went camping over the weekend for the first time this year and had lots of fun! Didn't eat the greatest, but did do some walking to try and compensate. Then Sunday I left for an overnight conference. Went to Southern Illinois wine country...so I'll be paying for the effects of that for a few days. I am not going to make goal...and currently am over where I started...but there's a new month coming! |

The reason I had hit a wall is because my will power faltered and I found myself binging on my favorite low-carb food: cheese. So I stayed the same weight for two-three weeks. :( Today I have broken through another plateau and I weighed in at 133.4. I lost FOUR POUNDS overnight! tinajayne72: 2 pounds a month will get you there, eventually. (And it will be faster some months -- I'm sure of it). It's better than gaining!

Well, my scale didn't budge this month, but I'm going to change things with my diet and make it budge, next month.

Hey boatingmommy! I weighed exactly the same this morning as April 1st, no fooling... :lol: committed to making May a better month. Have to find my last post and update.

April 1 - 159.2 April 2 - 156.9 - not sure what happened here, but it's a long way to the end of the month, I'll give it a week and then maybe change my goal April 3 - 155.7 April 4 - 155.5 - weekly WI April 5 - 160.0 gah, pizza, no exercise, weekends... April 6 - 159.7 wings, water and exercise, better April 7 - 156.4 - juice/ roasted veggies, water, lots of exercise April 8 - 156.2 - keep going... April 9 - 154.8 April 10 - 157.6 - guess I can't take a day off...has to be water... April 11 - 156.1 - TOM - weekly WI up 0.6, acceptable w/T showing up after 5 1/2 weeks April 12 - DNW April 13 - 159.1 April 14 - 157.1 - better than most weekends, so happy with this! April 15 - 156.8 - happy tax day! April 16 - 158 - did weights last night...salad for dinner, drank water, no alcohol... April 17 - 156.6 April 18 - 155.9 weekly WI down 0.2, inching along April 19 - 158 - ah, the weekend, got in my water, exercise and about 8 cookies...lol April 20 - 161.3 April 22 - 160.2 April 23 - 159.5 - whew Easter ham, etc a killer, really trying to reign it back in before camping and festival, may be a struggle to meet goal after all this month...hanging in and giving it my best shot! April 24-28 - did not weigh, travel, camping, festival...did not drink enough water April 29 - 161.3 eek April 30 - 159.2 exactly where I started April 30 - goal -2 lbs. next month!
