2% GW: 173.3 I hope I did the math right. Brain fog!!!! -3.5 pounds, I think. I'm still checking in but won't record weights daily. Maybe every other, or third, day. I'm solidly in a weight lifting and cardio routine now so seeing physical progress but still slow to NO scale changes. |
