Hi All, good to see so many take up this big commitment. I usually log in once per page and update my miles on my ticker more often. Sometimes that is once a week, sometimes more often. So I'm gonna post and try for 1/2 hour of aerobics before b-fast.
How ever you want to do it that is fine by me. I have hosted this thread for the past two years and we have never hit 500 posts. If we do, I 'll start volume 2 or 3 or 4
This is a great idea. It is always hard for me to get motivated to do my walking. This will help with accountability and get me going again. So excited!
1/1 - 3.5 / 1000
1/2 - 5.5 / 1000
1/3 - 10 / 1000. I'm so proud of myself.
1/4 - 13/1000 slow but steady. Hopefully a five mike bike ride tomorrow will help bring up my miles. I wanna do more than 1000 so I'm pushing. Cannot wait till I get paid to buy me a pedometer
Do any of you all count weight training as miles. If so how do you do it? I weight train every other day.
Hello everyone! I'm checking in and posting that so far I've done 3.59 miles. It's not much but it's something. I can get more miles on here though on a treadmill instead of the pool. But I swim a lot when I go to the gym.
2.25 on the dreadmill and a 45 minute hike in snowshoes. No pedometer on but I am going to call it 3 even. You can't cover as much ground as quickly when its fresh snow, but it is a great workout. Dog loved it too!
