Dec 2 - 1 mile snow hike 35 mins (24)
Dec 3 - 2 mike walk, 42 mins. (23)
Dec 4 - off (23)
Dec 5 - 30 mins exercise bike, 8.1 miles, cross-training program (22)
Dec 6 - 32 minute walk, 1.44 miles (21)
Dec 7 - 45 minutes snow removal up and down driveway (20)
Dec 8 - 45 min snow hike with little dog 1.7 miles, exercise bike 30 mins 8.2 miles (19)
Dec 9 - 44 min 2 mile slush hike with little dog, exercise bike 60 mins 15.1 miles (18)

Hi All!! I just joined the weight loss challenge today and I figured what better way to meet that challenge then to join this one....my goal for this month is 1500 minutes....this is my month so far....

I'm new to this but this seems like a great way to stay accountable!!!

December goal is 1500 minutes
Minutes so far: 600 minutes

1- 35 minutes of Cardio
2- 45 minutes of Walking
3- 45 minutes of Cardio and 20 minutes of Walking
4- 30 minutes of Cardio and 40 minutes of Walking
5- 40 minutes of Walking
6- 45 minutes of Cardio and 30 minutes of Walking
7- 30 minutes of Walking

8- 35 minutes of Cardio, 30 minutes of Weights and 45 minutes of Walking (Great day!!! )
9- 40 minutes of Cardio, 40 minutes of Weights, 10 minutes of Stretching and 20 minutes of Walking
10- 20 minutes of Walking (No gym :( )

12/3: 2-mile videowalk/ 17 times to go

12:6: 2-mile videowalk/ 14 times to go

12/8: Didn't do the videowalk but walked all around downtown Indianapolis in the cold! It was much more walking than the videowalk so I'm going to substitute it./ 13 times to go

So I've been off the wagon for a while...here I am again...My goal for this month is to exercise 3 days a week so



week of Dec 8th - 3/3
-1 day of 30 day shred
-danced for 4 hours...lost 2 lbs so I'm counting it.
-cathe friech express afterburn I had a stich for almost the whole workout, but I did it...

been sick so I I'm going to try and get in 30 min of wii dancing later to make my goal for this week.
