Had a brownie binge today. Stressful day at work - arrived back in the office after a tough meeting to a plate full of brownies. Ate three before even breathing.

I'm trying not to get too excited...
Yesterday morning's upswing on the scale gave me a bit of pause, but I know it was because I'd had about 5 cups of veggies for dinner. Note to self: never skip lunch. I didn't let it bother me too much though. Just buckled down, drank tons of water, and this morning I was pleasantly surprised...159.0!!!
I have to remind myself not to get too excited though, b/c these kinds of shifts downward don't usually last for longer than a few days. But I'm enjoying it while it lasts. Made me mega demotivated, but considering I didn't eat enough to justify a 7lbs gain in 7 days, I figured it's mystery weight. I'm glad it's leaving again! I am doing very good, removing my wisdom teeth went fine. It's just that I talk and laugh too much at school that my cheek hurts a little bit, but it's really ok :) soon2beskinnyCarma Well done!! :dancer: Keep up the good work!!
