I'm still 64.7kgs (yay), but I haven't really had the chance to build muscle yet... On Monday I went for a run. I planned to do only 6kms but I did 12kms instead. My body went into meltdown and yesterday my legs were so, so sore. Today they've felt better and I'm walking around normal enough, so I'll give the swiss ball a go tomorrow; and probably go for another run lol


Keep it up everyone, we're doing awesome because we are trying :)

Same weight for three days in a row. Well, it's nice to know that there is a weight within my declared maintenance range that my body likes.

Had a brownie binge today. Stressful day at work - arrived back in the office after a tough meeting to a plate full of brownies. Ate three before even breathing.

Never mind the whoosh fairy, I need to see her brother Will Power. Urgently required. Thinking of putting up wanted signs !!!

I'm trying not to get too excited...
 
Yesterday morning's upswing on the scale gave me a bit of pause, but I know it was because I'd had about 5 cups of veggies for dinner. Note to self: never skip lunch. I didn't let it bother me too much though. Just buckled down, drank tons of water, and this morning I was pleasantly surprised...159.0!!!

I have to remind myself not to get too excited though, b/c these kinds of shifts downward don't usually last for longer than a few days. But I'm enjoying it while it lasts.

Oh, and even better, I incorporated dips into my workout yesterday. I kinda like the burn.

Good morning everybody :)

yeah, I have crazy fluctuations in my weight -- weird!! Made me mega demotivated, but considering I didn't eat enough to justify a 7lbs gain in 7 days, I figured it's mystery weight. I'm glad it's leaving again!
I am doing very good, removing my wisdom teeth went fine. It's just that I talk and laugh too much at school that my cheek hurts a little bit, but it's really ok :)
