  • Count me in! I'm trying to run/walk three miles 2-3 times a week.
  • I am in too... Will try just one for the first time..

    10/01 - 1 mile walk + 3 miles on the elliptical
    10/02 - 3.75 mile walk
    10/03 - 2.3 mile walk
    10/04 - 1 mile walk + 1.5 miles on the elliptical
    10/05 - 1.25 mile walk
    10/06 - 1.9 mile walk
    10/06 - 5.6 mile walk
    10/07 - 2.5 mile walk
    10/09 - 3 mile walk
    10/10 - 3 mile walk

    Cumulative : 25.3 mile walk + 4.5 miles on elliptical

  • Heey, I'm in! And to start off, I did 8 miles on my treadmill this morning.

    10/1 - 8 miles
  • I'll be keen and will start this afternoon as it gave me something extra to aim for last month
  • Results to date:

    Oct 1: Walked 5.8 km
  • 10/1- 1 mi walk outside
  • 10/1: 2.02 miles on the elliptical
  • I want to try again. I made in August, but I fell a few miles short in September.

  • Would love to join... I've been trying to find something to make me finally take up walking again... I have measured out 1 mile walks and 2 mile walks but have yet to take the first step...

    Maybe the embarrassment of seeing 00 by my name will be the motivation I need!!!!
  • 10/02-4.6 km which I believe is 2.85 miles.

    I decided to include my walks to and from the track or there's no way I'm going to hit the marathon mark!

    Oct 2: Walked 10.0 km

    Oct Total: 15.8 km
  • Changegirl- Feel free to just track in km if you want! There are a few others doing the same, I'll just change your total to out of 42.2km instead of 26.2 mi.
