Congrats, Cheeri! You did not win one but TWO challenges. How cool is that?

145.2 lbs * 0.02 = 2.904 lbs or 3 lbs. Funny thing is that my 2 % weight loss goal was 2.8 lbs in challenge #5, so I am going backwards. :?:

Hmmm. Yesterday I was 203.6 so 2% would be ... 199.5. I am planning to get there by October 1st, lets see if can do it!

September 18th: I had a nice dinner out on Monday but it's been two days and I still can't get the bloat down (they salted the heck out of my chicken). Yikes! Tomorrow I hope to be moving in the right direction again!
September 19th: Bloat gone and back on track!
September 22nd: I get so dehydrated on art fair weekends that my weight will probably go up tomorrow. For now I will enjoy being at 200.8!

That often happens after huge drops like you had recently. Hang on, it will go down again.

I won't be going anywhere:) I hope to lose some while pregnant, but focusing on low impact exercise and walking, and eating the most natural wholesome foods I can get my hands on:)

Going out tonight, two girlfriends are having a joint birthday party at a Mediterranean restaurant..hoping I can get a loss, I haven't been drinking my water because I'm out, so I'm getting anxious that I may see a gain..I also had two bowls of rice last night was so full so I may gain from that too,, sad days for weight loss here..
