So my awkwardness prevailed yesterday- did Zumba- no problem, them did something wangyness to my knee when talking my toddler up to bed. I walk with a swagger now( and its not very pretty!) lol It better smarten up soon because I'm finally on a work out roll!! Cheerilos- way to go on flushing that pesky water weight away! Up 1.4!!!! It was shocking but I know I didn't gain from yesterdays food. I did get in more exercise and I do need a little help in the bathroom dept. :o So I'm not going to let it bother me. I will keep on keeping on and this too shall pass.:D
