Cheerilos- you above message about not worrying about the small stuff was much needed today! Thank you!! Weighing in daily dies keep me on track but sometimes it also gets me tied in knots over any stall or gain- its a journey- I'm making the best choices I can and I feel better everyday! The scale will go down eventually:)

I stayed in the same place yesterday- I'm good with that. I've list these first 30 pounds rather quickly and now it's time to up it a notch! Sticking with about 1500-1800 calories with a once a weekish 2000 limit. As unprocessed and unrefined as possible and I'm pretty proud of myself.
Hopi g to find a decent elliptical for the basement because my 2 year old and husband who works crazy hours makes it hard for me to get to the gym- my hearts belongs to Zumba but I'm not going to let it ruin my day if I can't get there because of my husbands job. We really need the money.

Anyway- sorry for the ramble! Does anyone have any good Zumba DVD recommendations?

cheeriloos ? if you are in this challenge (it started on the 14th), going by your weights you've posted you've lost over 5 lbs!

I think cheeriloos is going off her pre-chinese dinner weight? she said in the beginning she had something like 7lbs of water weight from eating out.

I weighed in at 248 on the 9th, then i got to 241, ate out and went right back up. So idk how it works as far as challenges and water weight from too much sodium in one meal, kinda feels like cheating if i win that way. im just gonna keep on truckn to 238 and lower! :)
