Okay Im in, used my weight from my weigh in at WW last Friday morning, will weigh in again every Friday....I am going to California for Black Friday and to visit my bff and her family for 10-14 days....would love to have lost a significant amount of weight by then. Im not too keen on this but maybe it will hold me more accountable.
to all the new challengers! As a Brit, I don't celebrate July 4th, but happy day to all those who do! It's really encouraging to see so many people already, I keep thinking should we move to the challenge forum, but it seems that we have far more people on board here so we should stick where we are!
I spent so much of my time in Italy sick and frustrated that I did not follow my plan very consistently...
But I'm back and rarin' to go! Count me in, and I look forward to keeping in shape and toeing the line with y'all til Halloween and beyond !
I'm in and super excited!!! I have a lot of things motivating me in the next few months (my husband and I are starting TTC!) so this is just what I need! I added my stats!
SOO First official W/I. 187.4 is where I start. Bloated and pre-TOM, so.... hopefully there's some water in there.
The real challenge is I will be attending a music festival Thursday-Sunday, and may only get 1 workout in, IF im lucky. I will then be resting/recouperating on Monday, going to another very anticipated show on Tuesday, celebrating my mothers bday on Wed, and weighing in Thurs. Lets hope for a loss? LOL
