  • a bit late, but i would love to join!

    i joined a gym todaym got a 4-month membership. i am the lazyest person ever when it comes to fitness, and last year i had a 1 year membership and probably went about 40 times

    i am giving it another go (at another gym, this time with a swimming pool). this new gym has less classes, and is a smaller gym really, but the swimming pool part is what i think could make the difference.

    so i am thinking that i will make it my goal to go 100 days out of the 120 that this membership is.

    day 1 --- 07-09 --- Swimming, 45 minutes
    day 2 --- 07-10 --- Swimming, 45 minutes
    day 3 --- 07-11 --- Treadmill, 6km/h avg., 60 minutes.

  • Hey everyone. I feel like I've been out of touch with is challenge. Today I completed day 30! I've backed off daily exercise a bit because it was affecting my losses. So I've decided to back off to 3-days of exercise per week until I'm under 200 pounds and then reevaluate.

    How's everyone else doing?

    I was off 3fc for a few days, but I am still trying to keep up with the challenge. So far I have missed 2 days of exercise. I think I will tack a day onto my 100 day goal for each day missed (so now I need 102 days).

    Great job Dreamer. I'm excited to be done with my first quarter of the challenge. I do feel like I need to kick it up a notch though. It's easy for me to go for a mile walk and call it exercise, but I think I'm reaching a point where that isn't enough.

    hang in there loser! Staying on track during/after an injury is hard.

    So I weighed myself the other day, and I guess I need to get my diet in check because i was up 3 lbs. it could also be my nearing TOM, but I know my diet hasn't been great, so I can't deny that, that is part of it...
