Day 4 - walk (not sure how long) and abs
Day 5 - none
Day 6 - Tennis (3 hrs)
Day 7 - 3 mile walk
Day 8 - 1.4 Mile walk
Day 9 - 1 hour kickboxing
Day 10 - 1.4 mile walk
Day 12 - (4th of July!) 30 minutes swimming, 1 mile walk
Day 13 - 1 mile walk
Day 14 - 45 mins cycling
Day 15 - 1 hour tennis
Day 16 - walk 1.1 miles
Day 17 - Walk 1.1 miles
Day 18 - Walk 1.5 miles
Day 19 - Dancing (2 or so hours)
Day 20 - None
Day 21 - Walk 1.5 miles
Day 22 - Kickboxing
Day 23 - Walked 2.5 miles
Day 24 - walked 1 mile
Day 25 - walked 1.5 miles
Day 26 - walked 1.5 miles, danced at a wedding
Day 27 - walked 5 miles
Day 28 - walked 1.5 miles (I know, right after I talked about stepping it up

)
Day 29 - walked 1 mile, kickboxing 1 hour
So I weighed myself the other day, and I guess I need to get my diet in check because i was up 3 lbs.

it could also be my nearing TOM, but I know my diet hasn't been great, so I can't deny that, that is part of it...
