Yeah, 2 meals out and some very careful calorie counting yesterday put me a tiny bit under what the calculators say maintenance would be, and voila, I was down 0.2. Amazing stuff, this calorie counting. Not sure why I didn't embrace it earlier, but it has been a great tool to re-engage me for these last pesky pounds.
You will be skipping in no time, I'm sure!
