Novus! I'm just starting it today because it will give me one full week until Memorial day weekend when I'm going camping. Mondays are usually an easier start for me too.

I was so tired last night, but I forced myself to get some salads ready, though they are pretty basic.
Here is the plan/breakdown for today:
Breakfast: Spinach Spring Mix, Feta Cheese, Walnuts, Strawberries
Snacks: Apple, Carrots, Banana
Lunch: Spinach Spring Mix, 1/2 Avocado, Tuna in Water
Dinner: Spaghetti Squash, Yellow Squash, Zuchinni, Asparagus, Onion, Garlic mixed with a little bit of pesto on top of Spinach! Yum!!!!
