Woot! There was a small change on my scale this week (compared to what I have to lose), but a major mental victory because I'm no longer morbidly obese!!! Just severely obese now. And I also get a new chick avatar=35 lbs. lost! Next of my mini goals is 212, where I'll be the lightest weight since I quit last year. I'll officially be back on the wagon.

I have a colonoscopy tomorrow and have been on a clear liquid diet all day today, with the actual "cleanse" tonight. So... If I happen to be down 2 tomorrow it's because of that, but I'll claim it!! There's got to be some upside to going through this LOL

I did a 3-mile walk today. Since I haven't eaten any solid food, it sure as heck better have burned some fat!
