I'm in. I'd like to be 190lbs by then. 37.4lbs down from where I am now.

I'm planning on using my elliptical at least five times a week for 30 minutes and then on May 1st I'm starting Chalean Extreme for strength training.

My official weigh in is on Saturday, so I've already posted my start weight (posted last Saturday's weight on Thursday or Friday), and my first week (yesterday's official weight). I hope this is okay. I realized if I didn't do it this way I wouldn't know if I met my goal until July 6.

I am so glad I came back here and at the start of a new challenge. After a few years of saying i am going to do this...I am going to do this. Three weeks ago I started exercising and I'm starting to slip again so this may be exactly what I need. By Thanksgiving I want to be down to 125 so this is a great start!

my starting weight is 167 and my goal weight is 150 !
