day 1 3/25 Arm bungee stretches / 2.5 miles walking briskly (whew almost got run over too)
Day 2 3/26 Just exercised my mind learning a whole new computer program (pause)
Day 3 3/27 2.5 mile walk and bungee arm stretches (toning) yeah
Day 4 3/28 Dancing around the house woo hoo
Day 5 3/29 2.5 mile walk (in less time) and I am pooped! 1st week at work
Day 6 3/30 Bungee Arm Stretches / 10 minutes Zumba (oohhh my hips!) lol
Day 7 3/31 Bungee Arm Stretches / 1 hour trimming Palm Trees up and down ladder
Day 8 4/1 walked 1.5 miles and my shoulders hurt (stress)
Day 9 4/2 Bungee arm stretches and Salsa dancing
Day 10 PAUSE BABY
Day 11 4/4 Bungee arm stretches and walking stairs at work. Treadmill 2nite
Day 12 4/5 Just Bungee arm stretches.but I am losing inches.. NEED TO WALK!!
Day 13 4/6 Bungee Arm Stretches and walked around our WINGFest (1 miles) NEED TO WALK more!!
Day 14 4/7 2.5 mile walk and trimming my large Oak Tree... Oh my back and shoulders!!
Day 15 4/8 2.5 mile walk and sweating (hot and humid outside) Bungee arm stretches tooo
Day 16 4/9 2.5 mile walk (night) and Bungee Arm Strenghting Woo Hoo
Day 17 4/10 SLACKER that I am... Gotta move tomorrow
Day 18 4/11 2.5 miles walked / salsa dancing in my living room/ arm stretches
Day 19 4/12 Arm Stretches and 1 mile walking (and stomping LOL)
Day 20 4/13 Bungee Arm Stretches and Dancing in House (to salsa music) walked around a lovely town (1 mile)

Made it...... Will think of something new in a couple of weeks. I hope everyone makes their goal.... if you do THEN ITS A HABIT or a Hobbitt lol

1 - have less then 1500 calories (level umm 100... but no.. really level 3)
2 - work out AT least 4 times a week.

day 1 - check, and check
day 2 - check, and check (even WITH 3 pieces of bacon ) woohooo
day 3 - truthfully.. I am not sure if I made it.. I do not think I did.. I snacked a few times today and didn't mark it down.. oops... and no workout today..

Hey everyone! I'm a newbie and would love if anyone has any suggestions on good tips or goals to set when you are just starting out!


For now i'm going to make three goals, one on each level.
1.) Exercise everyday EXCEPT Sundays. (religious reasons.) (Level 3) 3 pauses
2.) Drink at least 24 ounces of water per day. (Level 2) 2 pauses
3.) Eat a fruit and vegetable everyday. (Level 1) 1 pause day

Good job ladies, and good luck on keeping it going!! :)

Well I made all my goals today!
1.) Did a KIlLER exercise :)
2.) Drank around 38 ounces of water
3.) Had an apple, asparagus, and carrots :)

Goal: Brush my teeth once a day. I know it's gross but I often forget to brush my teeth and have gone days without brushing them. I work from home by myself so I don't care about bad breath (I always make sure to brush before going out in public) but I know it's bad for my teeth. I need to start taking better care of them. I'm going to start by brushing every night before bed.

Level 0 - I'm aiming on aceing this one!

Okay so I am scared to make the commitment because i don't want to break it but I am doin it gosh darn it. I am committing to exercising everyday and starting my couch to 5k program. Phew wish me luck.

Wow, this is really interesting! I will start this on 26th April, after my checkup tomorrow.

Level 3: 3 pauses.

My goals for the next 21 days are:
(1) To write down every single item I ate and the quantity
(2) To exercise at least 30 mins (walk or jog daily)

For the next 21 day.... I will take at least 5000 steps (I sit alot at work)

5/27 day 1 10257 steps (I walked so that adds 5500+ steps)
