Welcome musicgirl and stephanie! Well I will be restarting my challenge again tomorow! I had a houseful of people with a lot of comfort foods and not a lot of fruits and veggies. |
My challenge will be to drink at least 100 ounces of water each day for the next 21. I am not going to allow myself any pauses because I need to make this happen! I know that I can do it if I focus!

Whew done and I only had 1 pause... HOPE, I am going to take a week off (but will still do my steps) :) I will come in and read to get my MoJo back in gear!... Get R Done! :D
10/21 7797 1mile walk too 10/22 7909 steps 10/23 8305 steps! 10/24 3996 (1st PAUSE!) 10/25 8806 steps 10/26 9462 (and did my 2.5 mile walk in the am) feel good! and scale rewarded me 10/27 8852 and did a 2.5 mile last night at 9:00pm whew 10/28 7746... just squeaked it in! 10/29 7820 whew! 10/30 9525 GOT EXTRA IN.. I have a feeling tonight will be a pause 10/31 (d11) 7809 Nope I got it in! 11/1 (d12) 8006 Check! 11/2 D13 9011 I was walking hard at night WOOHOO the temp was in the 60's aahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh 11/3 D14 7811 squeaked it in! 11/4 D15 7610 boy oh boy.. at 11:00 pm looked at my pedometer and said SH*T I still need to get in 1500 steps YIKES.. but did it. 11/5 D16 8252 steps Check.. and whew! 11/6 D17 7780 steps check! 11/7 D18 7808 Check! 11/8 D19 7974 check.. I was thinking 8000 but NOPE these 7500 steps are hard to get in sometimes... doing it at 11PM some nights LOL 11/9 D20 7982 11/10 D21 9180 |
