  • 2 days down - calories in check and exercise! I'm planning on staying with it today. I went to the grocery store and got veggies for snacks and am going to do my zumba video game later.

  • I absolutely hate to exercise, so I'm challenging myself to exercise on my elliptical for at least 10mins a day, with each day increasing by 1min. Level one challenge.

  • 3 days down! I had to really push to exercise today. I wanted to be lazy and make an excuse but I reminded myself of my goals and just did it. I'm packing my gym bag tonight for work tomorrow and I have healthy food, too!

    I'm so happy I've made this far, and so inspired to keep going thanks to everyone in this thread (cheesy I know lol). I haven't exercised everyday like this in forever, and it's really helping my commitment on the diet side of things. You guys make me believe I can really do this if I set my mind to it!
  • Day 1-Walked and drank nothing but water, maybe not as much but water nonetheless and im proud of that. Didn't eat any sweets yesterday
  • 5 days down!! This requires a lot of planning. I have to think about what I'm going to eat in order stay in my calorie range and then I have to plan a workout into my day. It is getting easier, though. I don't want to break the streak!
