Looks like everyone is doing well, woohoo! I reported our advertiser so he should disappear soon.

Great workout, Chubbygirl253! I laughed at your description of the results of your spinning class. But, I've learned to never say "never" in this weight loss and fitness business. A year from now, that hour long spinning class might be your favorite workout!

This morning I did Day 1 of the 30 Day Shred and the Ab Ripper X.

I am SORE. But it's a good sore, and it's been worse than this haha. Tomorrow is going to be a super busy day, hoping to be able to fit in a workout at some point, probably won't be until the evening but I'm gonna make it happen!

Pink Hurricane - AWESOME!! I just found my 30DS DVD and was thinking about giving another go--I failed miserably the first time, but I think I might make that my November Challenge!

masterptr: Hope you're feeling better. I know that some exercise gurus say that you don't get benefit from slow long walks. But I've always had good results with them on the scale. So, I'm a big believer especially on days when a long slow walk is perfect for stress relief as well.

Chubbygirl253: love that dress!

Yay, Pink_Hurricane for a good sore! Lakilaulea, 30DS does get easier. I had good results doing it every other day with walks on the off days.
