Took a 2 mile walk this morning when I got up, so I finally made it to the birch grove for a frugal supper.

I'm in! Making something nerdy is always a way to get me motivated.

Morgan, Welcome!! I'm glad that you'll be joining the fellowship! This is a difficult task, as you can see...many people have come and gone! But I have faith in you!

I got 4 miles in at the gym this morning. I'm also hoping from another 2.5 when I get home from work. I can then make it to the first camp. LOL. Hooray.

I had to look up what cloven (split or divided in two) meant.


I've also made it to the Stock Road.

Hooray. I got some really wonderful mileage in yesterday. I took a 2 mile walk when I got home yesterday and this morning I spent 1.5 hours at the gym.

I got an additional 5 miles in. However, it doesn't look like I will be getting any more today. Apparently we are having a blizzard. Ooooh...and big news! I saw my first Black Rider.

I look forward to getting in another 6 miles so that I can travel with the elves!

I've heard of this before... it sounds like fun I'm going to use it to keep track of my running mileage from now on. I've read the books a dozen times but it's been years since I've read them last.
