Hi ladies!
I hope you don't mind me joining a bit late, I've been weighing in since early June though so can input my historic numbers. I'm finally in the right mind set to get some of this weight shifted and really appreciate any motivation and support going! Lets do this! Goal = 317lbs (19.5lbs lost) 03/06: 336.5 08/06: 328.5 (-8lbs) 15/06: 324.5 (-4lbs) 22/06: 29/06: |
Now that I'm back from Ireland, I'm going to set a goal for myself. I gained a bit, but not nearly as much as I feared -- the Traditional Full Irish Breakfast is a diet killer! I'm at 75.25kgs today and I want to get back to my safety zone of under 75kg by the end of the month.

I was at 139.8 this morning, but I'm still reticent about calling it goal just yet, since I keep popping back up over 140 (which is all my fault because I just haven't been sticking to the plan consistently). I'm close, though! |
My weight's up this morning. I'm still not really back into this after my trip. But posting here will help me get there. Hope everyone is doing well this morning!

I'm dealing with a lot of very difficult personal issues so well weight loss isn't really high on my agenda anymore but I imagine I might lose weight through all the stress anyway sigh... either that or gain a ton :( Start Weight: 140.8lbs 04/06/12: 140.2 11/06/12: 141.0 18/06/12: 140.4 25/05/12: 30/05/12: 140.0 Change so far: 0.4lb loss |

Steph, Lulu & Tabby, you all are so close to your goals. Great job & keep up the hard work. We've had record temps here in Michigan & I just haven't been getting my workouts in like I need to, so my weight is slowwwwwwllly creeping down. I don't think I will be able to hit my goal for the month, but I will be happy to see the scale lower than it was in the begining. This weightloss journey has been very slow for me, but I've stuck with it & not let it get me discouraged (well, maybe for a few minutes). And because I have stuck it out, I'm so proud of myself. Usually if I don't get instant results I give up. Have a great one. Kim |

Glad you're feeling better tyla! I was more than happy to weigh in at 197.5 this morning. It's been so hot here the past few days it's impossible to get out and exercise like I should! Hello heat wave! This weekend is the BBQ Beach Party in Boston so my eating isn't going to be great, but the weather is finally going to cool down so I'll get back on plan on Sunday (and try not to be too bad today and tomorrow!). Keep pushing, everyone! The month is more than half over! |

Well it's not my official weigh day... but dun dun duh.. guess what happened? I supassed my goal! :D 139.6 today! I was beginning to think I'd never see the 130s... okay I'd like to say finally breaking out of this monumentally slow period of weight loss was through hard work and determination... I think extreme stress of the past week has had more to do with it but whatever- I'll take it! So yup going to weigh in today even though it's early cos you gotta take the good days as they come I think! Okay... so I haven't been as on track as I wanted to be this month, I'm not losing any weight but I'm also not gaining -shrugs- I need to be more strict with my food choices and exercise... I'm being lazy...bleh. |

I've been eating far too many treats this past week, so I'm back to 140 after getting to 139. Gah. I need to get it together!
