Exercise goal for June
My goal is to walk at least 3 times per week for at least 30 minutes. By the end of June, the goal is to be walking 6 days per week.

6/1 - Rest day 6/2 - Gym, upper body and abs, 30 min. 6/3 - Gym, bike HIIT - 5 miles, 30 min. 6/4 - home, kettlebell HIITs, 30 min. 6/5 - Gym, lower body, 30 min. 6/6 - Gym - back and shoulders, 30 min. 6/7 - rest day, bladder infection :( 6/8 - home, step HIITs, 30 min. 6/9 - Gym - upper body, 30 min. 6/10 - rest day 6/11 - Gym - back and abs, 30 min. 6/12 - Gym - bike HIITs - 30 min. 6/13 - home - step bench HIITs - 30 min. 6/14 - Gym - lower body - 30 min. 6/15 - Gym - upper body - 30 min. 6/16 - Gym - arms and bike HITTs - 30 min. |

June 2 - 2.6 miles walking + 1 mile jogging (3.6 miles total; 50 minutes) June 3 - 2.6 miles walking + 1 mile jogging (3.6 miles total; 50 minutes) Days: 2/20 I'm not really supposed to be running at all, but the past two days I've done a slow mile in the middle of my walk and it has felt really good. I'm keeping my heart rate low (it's still under 120 at the end of the mile), and even that brief bit of easy jogging seems beneficial psychologically. Hopefully next week I will be meeting with my regular doc and can talk him into letting me get back to running (slow and easy) a few times/week. ;) |
Ooops, I did it again! Ran 3.1 miles and shaved 20 seconds of mah time. :carrot: What confidence it gives me!!
TM: 43:05 total time; 3.5 miles total. 3.1 miles, 35:20 time. Sweet!! Hey Steph7409 -- I used to go to the Hudson River Revival years ago. Quite a great festival. Your saying you walked along the Hudson reminded me of it. |

Unorthodox workout today --- I spent the entire day cleaning. No, the computer wasn't broken either. lol Normally I wouldn't count cleaning as my 'official' exercise but it was many, many hours and much work. |
