Default loose 7lbs + by end of march

right then fellow chicks iv had a few weeks of 'giving up' i havnt put any weight back on thankfully but iv stopped going the gym and relaxed my eating so iv stayed they same. i think with summer approaching its time to get my but back in gear to loose the remaining 21lbs to take me to my goal.

whos with me in loosing half a stone in march?

I guess I can join. I've already lost 6 lbs but I will more than likely fluctuate like crazy this month.

I want to lose 10 lbs this month.

I'll join, but I'm going with 7lb down from my weight from yesterday. I had some salty food last night and I don't want to count the 4lb of water that I gained.

iv gotten into the bad habbit of weighing myself everyday and i get mega annoyed when i put on.

Yes, food full of sodium can make you temporarily gain water weight. I'm especially sensitive to it.
