Great job ladies on your weight loss. It seems like a lot of us have made their goals (not me unfortunately) but I am happy for those of you that have.

I will be updating on my WI day which is Wednesday. I did take a peek at my weight this morning & was very unhappy with a 2.5 lb. gain because I have totally busted my butt this weekend working in the yard. But I'm hoping by Wednesday I'll be more like my normal weigh ins.

Blech, I feel completely bloated. My cycles are very irregular, but I think one is about to happen, and my weight is up, oh well. I did loose 19.3 pounds during the challenge and I'm doing really well maintaining my current weight. I have about 3 more weeks of maintenance before my doctor will give me the go ahead to go back to loosing. I am looking forward to my next weightloss period, and I think my mom is going to do it with me. She is about the same size I am, so I am even more excited about the both of us getting healthy together!

Congrats to everyone who worked this through to the end! In my opinion, life is about the journey rather than the destination, so keep it up and see you all next challenge!
