Hi Ryler832. Right now I'm just eating really healthy (since I have so much weight to lose) So mainly my meals consist of fruits, vegetables, & lean meats (chicken & fish). I also eat around 1500-1800 calories & I exercise sometimes twice a day for 30 minutes. I guess since I just started doing this I'm losing weight quickly it will probably slow down in a few months.

Still the same today. It has to be water weight because calories are good, but my muscles are still pretty sore from exercise.

Perhaps, I need to give up eating out for a while. Even when I think my choices are good, weight is always up the next day from too much salt and it takes my body days to recover now.

Kifli: how is the 30 day shred going for you? I started doing it again yesterday and my arms are a little sore but level one isn't challenging enough. I'm thinking about moving to level 2.
