I'm finally down the next number officially! I'm at 227.6! Can't wait to get under 225! Jeans are already fitting better. I'm able to pull up my 24s without undo-ing them. May be time to *hopefully* retire them!

April & Thinsole - :cheer:You are rocking it!!! I can't imagine losing 3 or 4.4 pounds in 1 week! You all are doing an awesome job. You are going to make onederland very soon.

I'm a pound closer at 212.2 :carrot: Now it's on to 211.

Today's weight is 211.6. I'm slowly making my way down to onederland:carrot:

I hit 211.4 today after a horrendous struggle since the beginning of August. I started my weight loss journey at 232 on July 4th of this year, took off 9 pounds in the first week and was down to 218 by the end of August...


...then I moved across the country into a new house with no friends and knew absolutely no one! Stopped tracking (while still being aware of how many points I was still putting in my body for the "most" part) and exercised on and off. The stress lead to (TMI) missing my period so I literally held onto my bloat and floated between 113 and 119 from late August through three days ago, when I finally got it. Bloat-be-GONE! 211 feels great right about now, and finally being over that 20 pound mark makes me feel fabulooooous!

chel3fsea - OMG I can imagine! All that stress! And then stress about TOM I'm sure probably didnt help it come any faster either! 20 pounds is WONDERFUL! Congrats!

Im doing ok and just plugging along. I do need to make a more conscience effort to get to the gym more. I feel like I"m slacking there but I'm still managing at least 3-4 per week. I just feel like I need to be doing more. The momentum is still with me though. It's been roughly 5 weeks since I've started and things are definitely getting easier. I don't even crave a soda now and the vending machine at work is a distant memory!

Geaux= Way to go! It's such a great feeling when you start fitting into clothes better. Not craving soda and realizing you skip right passed the vending machine without notice are really great benchmarks. Congrats.

Chel3fse- Congrats on losing 20 lbs!

Gettingfit- You're almost into the 200 and singles. Awesome!

Weigh in this week at 216 even. - 2.4 lbs and - 9.2 lbs for the month. 1 pound shy of 215. So gonna get there this week.

Geaux & April- Way to go on the -2 lbs!

This week I weighed in 1.6 pounds lighter. That brings me to over 50 pounds lost total and only 14 and a half more to Onderland!

Great job geaux & April. I seem to be stuck between 210-211 but hopefully, the scale will move down soon. I have been snacking too much so I really need to get that under control.

I WILL make onederland before the end of this year.

Hello may I join your group? As you can see I started 3FC many years ago. I did manage to get to onelander but not all the way to my goal. I let life get in my way. While I kept most of my healty eating happens I gave into some of my past bad. You know a little big extra won't hurt. I'll can't working out today because I'm tired et.. I'll workout tomorrow.. Well tomorrow never came but the weight did. I'm at 211 right now. I a slow loser but a fast gainer. :(

Woo it's been a long time since I've been here. Lost a loved one to cancer, so my world was a bit topsy turvy. I have been back on plan this week. I am still going to try to get under 200. I watched I Use to be Fat last night and the guy on there was so inspiring. Not just for the weight loss, but he did it without complaints and cheating. I hope to do the same. I am planning to move in the new year. I want a new body with my new state.
