Hi group, I am new here and would love to join the Christmas Challenge. I weighed into today at 206 but won't truly begin until tomorrow morning. I saw the post at the beginning of the thread. Do I just post my weigh in, in the same manner? Any help would be greatly appreciated and I am really excited to start the challenge.

To find your percentage: Take your lbs. lost, divide by your previous weight (your weight from the week before), and multiply by 100. (lbs. lost) ÷ (Previous Weight) x 100 = % Lost (Start) October 13: 7. 9th Oct: 159 lbs +/-0% 8. 16th Oct: 157.5 (-1.5 lbs) (-.94 %) Chest 42" Waist 40 3/4" Hips 42 1/4" 9. 23rd Oct: (+/- lbs.) (+/- %) Missed weigh in 10. 30th Oct : 157 (-.5 lbs.) (-.32 %) 11. 6th Nov: (-2 lbs) (-1.27%). Not sure how I did this but yay! 12. 13th Nov: (+/- lbs.) (+/- %) 13. 20th Nov: (+/- lbs.)
