I'd like to join
Hello ladies... I need support to lose 10 pounds and I think I am at the right place. I need the accountability of posting my weight each week. Since I didn't weight in today I will tomorrow morning and count that as the 4th.
I eat pretty well BUT binge on cookies or chips A LOT!!!! I can't control myself when it's TTOM.... it kills me. So hopefully by joining you I will stop eating so much junk :D I will come back tomorrow with my stats. :carrot: Carla |
