    I didn't meet my original goal of 165, but I am pretty pleased with my progress now that I see it in black and white. It always seemed so much slower while it was happening, but looking at the list, it looks somehow normal
    On to 165 in the New Year!

    I would like to reach my first personal goal of weighing in at 230 lbs for Christmas 2011.
    This would mean and average of 1.5 lbs a week until Christmas..totally achievable..
