Two pictures of areas where I run, You can see the small river and the paved tracks next to the river. One picture was taken in April of this year and you can see the cherry trees blooming. In another picture you can see 4 herons in the water.

Darius... You're awesome, thank you! So these are in Japan? Have you always lived there? Beautiful pics! Love the trees.

darius - those are wonderful pictures and what wonderful views to behold while exercising! I love it! Thank you so much for sharing

JillNicole - We have 3 kids (2 teens and a preteen) added to the mix, so a big dining table that can accommodate 8 for when my folks are here :)
What a great chart! I forgot to tell you the good news this week apparently though, am now down to 210.4 :) Now that the face is narrowing a bit and not a round ball, I even felt confident enough to get in front of a camera.. so now have an actual pic as an avatar :D What a good feeling! I like progress! LOL Hope your moving today goes real smoothly!!!!! *hugs* |

Being a marine is a proud thing and I am grateful to you for the service! And wow... Okinowa I have heard some amazing things on culture there... lots of history. :)
sheramama - of course I don't mind, I'm an open book. She is going for surgery on her right knee. She has severe polyarticular juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (genetic) that effects all but 2 joints in her body. Well it is also an immune deficiency disease, with that being said, it caused her to be susceptible to lots of other things...in her case osteoarthritis in that knee and osteo-necrosis (growth of dead bone). We have tried all the meds to help it with no success, so now the last resort is to go in and scrape the dead bone (or as much as possible) out. There are no gel packs left in her knee, so she is total dead bone on dead bone. We are hoping after rehab this will provide her with some kind of pain relief :) DD is looking forward to it, it's been the only prospect of being able to be "somewhat normal" 15 yr old as far as pain levels. |
It's MyTurn: Aw, your poor daughter! Much love and hugs from PA. I hope all goes well so the only problem she has is what outfit to wear and which boy to date :)
|
