My weigh in was after a huge amount of water weight loss, I went from drinking probably 2000 calories a day in soda (no joke) to drinking nothing but water and working my big tail off. I'm expecting next week to be much less dramatic (and trying to let it sink in that that will be okay), my WI was 234, down 10 pounds from when I started.



to you for starting! Just keep it up, follow your plan, eat less and move often, and you'll be watching the pounds fall off!
