Last day of the month. I always count tomorrow morning's weight as my end weight for this challenge and start weight for next month's, but I've been under 150 for the past three days so I'm very happy. I'm not very happy that I had to be completely wiped out with the flu to get there. Actually, it was not stomach flu, so my appetite was there, along with TOM, and I didn't eat all that well. I didn't exercise for three days either, so it's probably muscle loss showing up...
MsP: I did both the jumping jacks (too easy--I do them a lot) AND the squat thrusts, which were not as easy, especially with my still slightly woozy head

I'm tagging everyone to do the duck dance or the macarena, or the electric slide, or whatever ridiculous sort of line dance you can do without having to look it up, and then you have to tag no one!
Okay MsP, how do we tag team on this? I know how you feel about not really wanting to check in so often when you aren't playing the game full-heartedly. That's exactly how I feel. I also get overwhelmed with wanting to do personals, but not having the time, and ending up not writing anything! But hopefully, having a bit of responsibility on here will help me to refocus my energies and get to my goal once and for all. So how can I help? Do we take weeks or what?
