I went to the gym on Friday night at my usual time, and it was closed! Apparently it closes earlier on Fridays than Mon-Thurs. :mad: I was really disappointed. Apparently it closes at 6pm on Sat-Sun as well... not great for an evening person! But I got there during the day today.

February is starting out as a slow month for me. Went to bed after 2 AM last night and could barely drag myself out of bed this morning. No gym, but I did walk to the office...

idream: thanks for all of the advice :) i appreciate it. this is my first baby.. first surgery.. a lot of firsts! I've decided to take it a bit easier because i was wearing myself out. my eating is on track and i have upped my meals a bit as to not mess with milk supply.
maybe it's TMI but i did start bleeding a bit yesterday... so i knew it was DEF time to CHILL the heck out! My parents are coming this week to visit the baby for the first time. TGhey live in nova scotia canada and im in arkansas.. they arn't much of the avid flyers.. but they cant wait to meet their only grandson! :) oh and they havnt met my 'baby daddy'/bf before either.. talk about a whole lot of firsts for everyone. My bf is pretty much rattled and nevrous about meeting them. luckily, i have the coolest parents in the world! i guess i should tidy this place up.. lol |

UGH so excited! I did better in EVERY category on my second fit test compared to my first! Didnt do my yoga as I couldnt get to the gym with all the snow. Friday I fell on my duff with a thud. So embarrassed!!!!!!! |

well the exercise is kind of on the wayside as of late.. i just cant wait to recouperate and get on track.. im sticking to healthy food and whatnot for now just so i dont mess up my healing process. i have been cleaning and organzing like crazy lately though. my parents are coming tomorrow ( weathe rpermitting) from canada and i cant wait! they are so exciting to meet the new baby.. and im so exciting to see them ( not to mention the help!) hehe hope all is well!! |

Thank you gardenerjoy!! I think the reason I really really wanted to do Insanity, was knowing that every two weeks I could actually take notice of my improvement, and I can't express the surprise when I see such a large increase in those numbers. Not to mention the overall BETTER feeling when I did the test. :)

Another one of those days where I worked out in the AM's. I got home exhausted, took a nap and had to wait until my living room was vacant. Which was very late. my back muscles are a little sore, which is different since its always my legs, abs, or arms.
