I forgot to weigh myself this morning and can not bring myself to do it after dinner....tomorrow morning I will remember!

2. 146.6, up a little, I worked late yesterday, so it was a late dinner, I'll be back to 145 tomorrow!

4. 147.4, it didn't go so well, a lot of work with a lot of stress.. I think I eat when I'm stressed.. But I finished a big project today, a new softer day tomorrow..

I think pretty soon I'm going to have to give in a lower my calories just a tad if I want to move along, but I'm just so unwilling to that THIS month, of all months. I may have to be satisfied with holding even this month if this keeps up!
I am not sure if this will help me bu tI hope so. I get so annoyed when it goes up even a few ounces. So I stopped looking at the ounces and only look at the number. Is that good or bad?
I don't have an end of november weigh in cause I am just starting out (again)
