  • I think pretty soon I'm going to have to give in a lower my calories just a tad if I want to move along, but I'm just so unwilling to that THIS month, of all months. I may have to be satisfied with holding even this month if this keeps up!

  • I am not sure if this will help me bu tI hope so. I get so annoyed when it goes up even a few ounces. So I stopped looking at the ounces and only look at the number. Is that good or bad?
    I don't have an end of november weigh in cause I am just starting out (again)
