perhaps losing 12 pounds in 8 weeks that are remaining in the year wouldnt be so hard at all!

i am soooo tired of trying to lose these last 40 pounds that im almost ready to start pulling my hair out.

if i can get to 174 (a just overweight and no longer obese bmi) by the end of the year id be happy, but seeing as 2 pounds in a week being a reasonable loss, ive allowed myself 2 extra weeks, for the holidays.

so, whats the plan!?

lets all make a weight loss goal for the end of the year

mine is 12 pounds by december 31st.
