This thread is for everyone who would like to weigh in daily! Everyone is welcome, so please come join us!

l have never weighed everyday. But I have been stalling so I think I'm going to try this out for a month and see if daily weighing is right for me!

I'm stalled. But I haven't given up! I'm still on plan, though not exercising quite so much. My only sweet has been small quantities of fruit.

This is what I get for complaining about being "exactly the same weight for 3 days" lol. I'm totally on plan, I wouldn't change a thing, so I know I just have to ride the fluctuations out. But still, sometimes it's a wee bit disappointing first thing in the morning!

My Michelle-Oh you poor thing. Get plenty of rest. Lots and lots of it. I am pretty sure I had the flu last June and it lasted quite awhile. I denied it for the first week and acknowldeged it for a week and then kept trying to go back to exercising before I was better. As usual for me, it wasn't til it was over that I realized just how sick I was. One reason I knew I had a problem is because I didn't have much of an appetite! Very, very weird for me. Take good care of yourself. You will get better.
