  • I have been so hectic this month! I haven't had a chance to even check in! I am down to 158.8! Yeah, I am thrilled to be out of the 160s.

    Happy turkey day everyone. Hoping life slows down so I can check in at least 1x a week!

  • Hey ladies! I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! I hit a new low of 239.4 today and I am juiced! That puts me at a 5-lb loss for November, which is the most I have lost thusfar, I am hoping for an 8-10 lb loss in December.
  • Did my weigh in this am. 156.4. I am so happy. I have been sick and didn't make it to the gym for almost 2 weeks. I made it it back today to the gym and jog/ran miles.
  • Still hovering around the same weight. Thankfully I'm not gaining because I'm not really trying at all. I need to get myself back in gear if I want to get moving in the right direction. For now I'm just thankful that I'm exercising enough to maintain without watching my diet. When life gets too busy it seems like that is the first thing to go. I really need to concentrate on always making time for my health, no matter what.

  • 259.0 today. Was down to 257.6 on Wed, then Thanksgiving got in my way. Oh well, it'll be gone this week, plus some!!

    My exercise routine has been great the past several days, but unfortunately it didn't compensate for all the overeating... I'm up to 188.2 this morning - but I will just get back on track & by next week I will have a loss!!

    I'm going to plan out my meals & exercise for the upcoming week and stick to it.
