Default W.O.W Healthy through the Holidays~New YEAR

Okay so one week left of the Holidays. I hope everyone had a wonderful christmas season. Since I work on New years eve and Day, I am not worried about the over indulgence on those days, I am going to recommit myself today to my food and diet.

My plan for the next two weeks: I am going to avoid starches at 3pm. (I will be watching calories too) I am cutting out all soda (Ive been having one a day) and I am cutting out sugar. I am going to get in good workouts every day. On days I work It will only be for about 35 minutes, but it will be something. On my days off workouts will be sixty minutes.

W 80 oz
E 60 minutes
E 1500 cals no starches at night, low sodium/shugar
D Housework.

I am working on late night snacking. I have been controlling myself for the past 4 nights. If I can get myself through at least 3 weeks, I hope it will become easier. I've already got myself weighing every morning and absolutely no sodas. These two things are almost second nature now. I have to maintain my current weight, (or lower) for the year. This I will do.

Hey Jen, 4x

I cant believe how fast this year flew. I am taking the week to get a pinch organized with life. Hubby is still super sick, so I did his chores and mine tonight just to keep up (and yes the chores are hanging on the fridge like a darn teenagers would). I have decided an actual chore list may cure me doing all of the work.

As we power thru this next week, what are setting up for WEEDING to after? Valentines Day?

Just gearing up in my brain for a goal!

MM~I stopped taking me time in May. Then My diet went to heck, so 20 pounds later (YES I KNOW!) I am determined to get back into my clothes. So I am starting with small goals.

Yesterday I had 3 cookies, so I didn't get rid of the sugar, but I did stay close to my calories, and No starch last night, just protein and veggies. Today has been perfectly on plan. I got in my workout afterwork, 35 minute run. Which was hard

I am not planning on my goal being 135 anymore, I just don't think I can sustain that weight without overwhelming myself again. I will be happy with 140. (ok, I will settle for 140 This year is going to belong to us ladies. 12 months!!!!! We CAN!

E 60 minutes 15 minute run (maybe 20) 35 minute elliptical 2000 meter row
E 1500 cals.

Great Job MM.

I had a tough day with food yesterday. Ended up with 1900 cals. Today will be a better day. I am going to go to costco and buy some good healthy foods.

Will is working security tonight for a Queensryche concert so the kids are having a sleepover at my moms. Plus I am babysitting my nephew today. I wont get in my workout until after 5. Tomorrow I will make it to the gym, but Saturday and Sunday I am hoping its nice so I can go for a couple mile walk/run.

W 80 oz
E 35 minute run
E 1500 cals
D costco, don't get too irritated by my kiddos. Start taking my vitamins. I think my body could use some good B vitamins right now.
