I'm going to stick with 1000 minutes as I have been aiming for that number every month and STILL have NOT got there yet!!!

I know I am a little late, but I'd love to jump in. My goal for this month is to do at least SOMETHING physical every day, with one rest day each week. I need to be held accountable!
