    Cw 154.8 -2 lbs(yeehaw at least a change & A new grand total of 105.1 pounds lost now! WOOHOOO! NEARLY TO GOAL THEN I gotta tone (which I have been working on for mmonths now)so may have to lose a few more than my original 150 goal~So happy I am nearly ready to maintain!!)
    Done alot of stuff outside today & hoping for a new low again 2morrow!!

    REMEMBER NEVER GIVE UP! It is possible Only if you never quit Or give up & I know I say this alot but My first 5 pound challenge I was at 237 (I had lost 22 pounds already ~But still I was 237) So here I am now 83 pounds later as far as these challenges go~SO HANG IN THERE I KNOW IT'S HOLIDAY COOKOUT TIME~GRADUATIONS~ ECT. ~IF U DO BAD JUST START BACK FRESH THE NEXT DAY & NEVER GIVE UP~IF I CAN DO THIS ANYONE CAN~!!HUGS*
