Default 5 week challenge

So I have to get motivated somehow so I am putting out a challenge mostly just so I will get my butt in gear. It is going to be a small one just so there is no over whelming. I am shooting for 2lbs every week for 5 weeks then go from there. Anyone that wants to join is more than welcome!

SW 3/25/10, 170lbs
4/1/10 167lbs
4/8/10 166lbs

Hi,

I would love to join your challenge! I like that it's only 5 weeks, just enough to keep me motivated without feeling overwhelming. I would also like to lose 2 lbs per week. Looking forward to the accountability and support the challenge will provide.

Still new to this site and learning my way around. Keep me posted on the challenge! I included my current information, I think that's right Thanks for starting this challenge!

I'll join in, don't know if I can lose 2 pounds a week, I lose so slow, but even 1 pound a week would make me happy.

Add me to your list. I'm doing weight watchers and Turbo Jam. 33 pounds down and need to lose another 15..getting tougher to do as I get closer to goal.

How is it going for everyone.. Tomorrow is our first weigh in =)
I took a sneakpeak this morning and was down 2.1!! So if I don't gain during this day I'll make it to our goal to lose 2 pounds..

Mary,

I weigh everyday just because I have OCD and if I don't check it everyday then I'll have an aneurysm. But I'm right on track w/you, I'm down a little over 2lbs. I've been going crazy waiting for the 1st to get here so we can start this challenge.

First weigh in:

Didn't follow my program very well at all last week, and it shows today. I am up 2.4 pounds Will work harder next week and hopefully will lose 2.5 lbs for the rest of the month to hit 10 lbs lost by May 1!
