Hoping that it's just water retention due to the combination of weight training & salty soup for dinner! I'm really starting to enjoy my body at this weight though!
It's been a long time since I did an official weigh-in due to poor eating and forgetfulness. I'll try to weigh in tomorrow and post. It won't be much, but at least I'll be staying accountable!
Two days in a row of gaining? I'm travelling home for the weekend, and I know there will be a gain there...oh well, in the grand scheme of things there is a downward trend, that's the important thing..right?
