Had a decent morning weigh-in...the scale gave me a peek at 134.something, but landed on 135.2 twice, so I guess I have to take it. I had a big supper tonight, so I may have a brief blip up, but we'll see...

MsP. I know how you feel with the little up and down ticks. I am here for you. just like you have been there for me. YOu can do this.

Great NSV today. I was able to repeat my 1 mile run on the treadmill today. It was not a fluke last week. That felt awesome. I even did 2 more half miles after that. Tomorrow is time with the trainer and then some walking on the treadmill as friday I have to produce about 2.5 miles of running on the treadmill and 1/2 mile of swimming. The Triathlon is less than 4 months away. This is crazy.

Ms. Perception - Glad to see you back. You are my inspiration. I have been fighting with the last ten pounds since I hit 132 this summer. Up and down. Up and down. All I can say is that I suppose it is better than up and up!

As for me...I'm increasing the fiber. I was 199 still this morning...but well...three bathroom trips later and I think that may have changed. I need to get a bit more regular. :D
