The scale is broken today. It said 195.8 yesterday, and 196.4 today. Since all I did was lie in bed sick all day--then eat way too big an afternoon snack and dinner, but all under 1200 calories--I was hoping to see the number go down, not up! 196.6 196.4 191.6 |

MsP: not as if I know anything, but what if you average your calories over the week, and cut out just enough to have a deficit on a weekly amount to get you to your goal. ****, if it were that easy, we'd all be at goal, wouldn't we? Sheesh, why is it so easy to be fat, and so hard to be thin?
