Oh I am soooooo up for this one. Its my birthday on april 1st and what would be a better gift than a gorgeous body for myself.

I wish to be somewhere in the 140s by april even if that is 148lbs

Hello Everyone! Welcome newbies! Glad to have you! It's been a crazy week and a half for me! Sorry I've been MIA! I have gotten in a lot of walking/jogging but not as much STing as I had hoped for. Things here have calmed down - at least for a few days - next week I have my FIL coming into town, then on Friday my parents and brother, sil and neice & nephew for my dd's 2nd b-day party... hopefully I can still get some exercise in as I prepare for their arrival. I'm holding strong at 132... but I'm ok with that for now. Definitely need to get back on track starting tomorrow!!!!

I haven't had a chance to really read all the posts but I hope everyone is doing well and OP.

Have a great evening! I promise to check in more often now that I can breathe! v

Hi, guys! I am SO in...this is just what I need to kick-start my healthy changes.

I am planning on doing the C25K also along with some strength training. I want to run a 5K by May. Food-wise, I am just focusing on making healthy choices and drinking more water.

My goal is 165 by 4/1.

Hi everyone! Another latecomer! Started doing WW with some modifications (trying to keep a SB mindset but not as strict as I was when I was on it) last Sunday and plan on running a 5K by May. Sadly I've already run a 4-miler (odd I know) but have fallen so out of shape and out of running that I'll probably start in the middle of C25K to get back on track.

Since I'm at the beginning of my WL and in a Vday challenge for 9 pounds, a reasonable goal by April for me would be 160. I'm already aiming high for the next 3 weeks so I don't want to be too fantastic in my goals for the next couple months.

Latecomer here too! I have joined the Valentine's day challenge and thought this one would be great too!

I am currently at 176 and have been hovering here for a while.. been kinda slacking in the effort deparment. Doing better this week!

Its roughly almost 10 weeks away.. actually closer to 9 and a half. Need to pick a reachable goal. Goals can always be exceeded!

Hello, I'm new here as well. I've a challenge for April 1st. I'm not sure what a realistic goal would be for me. 15lbs? 10 lbs?

todays weight 164lbs - I'm 5'2"

I'm also not quite sure what food plan i want to do. I have an older WW package from my Mom, but honestly I don't like counting. So I'm going to start with just tracking.

Nikki ~ Football Sunday wasn't good for my diet either! We had some Jets fans over while we're Colts fans, but it was all good -and really good food with way too much alcohol.

My streak of "crap going on" never seems to end... this morning we woke up to water in our basement... and all the clothes that went down the laundry shoot were soaked along with all sorts of other stuff, so I basically spent all day doing laundry and cleaning and now I'm pooped, so no workout... Hopefully tomorrow...

Well with family in and my dd's b-day, I ate way more junk than I anticipated.. I must be feeling guilty because last night I dreamed that I had gained 50lbs. Now everyone is gone and I can get back on track. Only 2 months till April!!!

I'm finally back on track with my diet... thank goodness! My weight actually has gone up some but TOM is here so that figures. I've created a workout schedule to help get my exercise back on track and I hope that this snow melts some day soon so I can go running! I hope everyone else is doing well!

My legs are burning! I love the Jackie Warner workout dvds! She's hard core but the moves are simple enough that I can actually do them without tripping over my own feet! Today's workout was interesting because I had my dd (2) next to me trying to do squats and kicks and mad because she didn't have enough space on my yoga mat. I think I finally have my act together with working out and eating right! I've started my workout journal which helped me stick to it last time. I'm going to aim for 750 exercise minutes this month. I don't calorie count, because I fall off that wagon within an hour! lol, but I'm just trying to control portions and not eat junk.

How is everyone else doing?

I need a mini goal, and this sounds like soething I need.

My goal is to get to 155 by April 1.

I have 4 April birthdays in my immediate family so if I make it to this goal, it will be harder on me to undo that work!

My goals after that are to be 140 by the last day of school in mid-June, if I get there, I will spend the summer in a new bikini!

Welcome new folks! I have no weight loss news to report... I've been stressed out lately because I went for a job interview last week - taking a HUGE pay cut, but there's nothing else out there right now!!! At least the pay will cover bills, give me insurance and it's a job that I know I will enjoy... that's IF I get the job. I have a second interview on Thrusday and should hear by Friday. ugh! Stress always messes with my weight loss... I tend to eat more - like today I ate an entire sleeve of saltines... I hate it when I do that! If I get the job, I know it will help with my journey - I'll have less time to sit around and eat and there's a lot of walking around - plus it's right at the skirt of town where I'll be able to walk the city during lunch, which I'm excited about!

Updated for 2/20/10 Doesn't look like I'll be close to 25, which was my initial goal, but that rate is really not realistic for me. But I'm almost at 10 since the start of this challenge, and hope to be somewhere between 15 and 20, and I'll be very, very happy to add that to my total.

I adjusted all my numbers because of getting a new scale, I guess I can go back and do all the math, but as of right now, my current weight is 233.2 lbs. I'm going to challenge myself to see if I can get back down to 226 on the new scale by April 1. That's a lot for me since I have lost only 5 lbs each month for the last couple of months, but it's not so far out of the question either. Plus I got a Gowear Fit, which will get me to move more (I'm the type that if I see I've got 8000 steps for the day, I'm going to really make the effort to push myself get to 10,000). So hopefully, I'll have a really great March and get to 226.
