Ok 240.6 today. down 2 from yesterday. Woohoo!!! Had a great therapy workout today. All hams, abs and glutes. My hiney is lookin better.
Then the elliptical. Talked to the trainer about the challenge at the job and we are already planning. I want to win it. Healthy, but still win it. This is an awesome motivator for me!!!! Also working on getting sponsors for the 3 for 3 5K that my therapy gym is sponsoring. So things are good. Grandma is doing well. Got her to rehab last night. Off to see her today. School strated again last night. We are learning joint mobilizations. It is really great stuff. And just the additional workout that I may need to reach my goal this month. 228 i see you. I figure to win this challenge at work, I need to drop at least 10% of my current body weight. Which when I am POP I can do with minimal difficulty. So we shall see. I will keep you all posted. The big weighin is tomorrow. Diximae---Glad to hear that I can help. It only takes a few days of not enough calories and lots of exercise to put your body into a mode where it wont let go of the weight. It really does take patience. Ihave been maintaining at or near this same weight since NOvember. But I do know that all of my STing and Cardio are working, because my clothes just seem to keep getting bigger.
