Here we go - a new challenge!

Everyone is welcome to join in.

Just post your starting weight (SW) and your goal weight (GW).

Log in as often as you like and post your current weight (CW).

First person to reach their 5 lb loss goal weight wins and gets to start the next thread for the next 5 lb challenge!

Wow, that goal number is pretty awesome. One more of these and my goal weight will be in the 230's.

I weighed on a different scale this time.. And I have been pigging out these last few days I gotta get my head in the game.. Walk for the cure tomorrow! Burn some calories for an awesome cause.
