I haven't been on the scale in a few days and I'll be out of town the next couple days. The weekend was rough, however I'm determined and have my head back on straight! Food and exercise have been great the past couple days! Lots of restaurant food for the next 2 days, I'll make smart choices! Catch ya'll soon! :wave: |

DBF was on dinner patrol...had pizza hut for the first time EVER that I have known him?! Oh well, I know its all sodium and carb bloat so I will still to plan and hopefully get the majority of this off today... |

I guess I should just be thankful that it's something.. But not as good as yesterday.. I don't like weighing myself everyday.. Hehe.. Maybe I'll try every other day.. Or every other year.. Lol

shasha17 just following in your foot steps. I love the whoosh and i was so excited to see a new decade. Can't remember the last time i was at this number. It was exactly what I needed to stay on track during my cold. And ladies, it was not a fluke. I am a member of the 240's SW 252.4 CW 248.6 (0.2-) GW 247.4 I know that is only 0.2 but, I had a slice of flat bread, some trail mix ( mostly nuts) and some popcorn. All no no's on a low carb diet. But I don't feel good so I said ok. Plus, I didn't know that my vitamin C supplements have 1 carb per tab. No biggie right. Well, once I start not feeling well, i up my intake. ALOT! so they also don't help......but i will not complain any more. Not really working out. :( gonna have to go back a few weeks in c25k. but that is ok. Right now I just try to keep the big muscles moving. Have a great day today. Can't wait to see how everyone else is doing!!!! Love to all my peeps!!! |
