:woohoo: I did it!!! I feel so much better than I did this morning and I was able to do my workout!!! Yeah!!! I'm not sure if I'll be able to do my run tonight, but if I don't, at least I got my ST'ing in!!! ;)

I don't have time to do personals at the moment, but I just realized I haven't posted my exercise yet this month.
My exercise is going to be very unconventional for this month, just to let you know. It's October, and in my world that means HALLOWEEN is only a few weeks away! Yikes! Halloween is a full time hobby for me and DH. We work on building Halloween props and other stuff all year just looking forward to October. We make the whole house into a haunted house, and then we open it up to the neighborhood people to walk through and let us scare them the week before Halloween. (While this is pretty common in the states, we're pretty much the only people that I know of in Sweden who do this. Which makes it all the more fun.) Anyway, alllllllll my time and exercise this month will have something to do with preparing for Halloween. There's still so much left to do! :) So, here's my exercise so far this month: 10/1: 0 minutes - Took the day off 10/2: 101 minutes - C25k 26 minutes, painted panels and hung them 75 minutes 10/3: 75 minutes - Painted and hung wall panels 75 minutes, among other Halloween crafting things Total: 176 Minutes for the week 10/4: 75 minutes - Painted and hung wall panels 45 minutes, cleaned the porch stuff out to the garage 30 minutes 10/5: 150 minutes - Painted and hung wall panels 50 minutes, walked in stores 40 minutes, threaded fabric on line 60 minutes. 10/6: 70 minutes - Painted and hung wall panels 70 minutes 10/7: 105 minutes - Painted and hung wall panels on stairs 105 minutes 10/8: 10/9: 10/10: Total: Minutes for the week - Minutes for the month 10/11: 10/12: 10/13: 10/14: 10/15: 10/16: 10/17: Total: Minutes for the week - Minutes for the month 10/18: 10/19: 10/20: 10/21: 10/22: 10/23: 10/24: Total: Minutes for the week - Minutes for the month 10/25: 10/26: 10/27: 10/28: 10/29: 10/30: 10/31: Total: Minutes for the week - Minutes for the month So far I'm beating the heck out of my goals this month. I've just been updating my first post but I met and exceeded my goal of 275 minutes for the week. I was going to be short 20 minutes, but I made myself get back up and do 30 minutes of JMs NMTZ. I'm glad I did, but it sucked at the time, lol. |
